My Kiddos love apples with a side of organic peanut butter. Homemade bread, peanut butter and honey sandwiches, cut out like hearts (of course). Watermelon, orange slices, organic apple sauce or grapes. The trick is a little of everything in tiny little containers. They get to pick and chose. I also do a spoonful of Omega 3-6-9 in the mornings. Parents, don’t forget the protien for breakfast. Cereal is not a balanced meal. Think eggs, or oatmeal. Sarah, Corpus Christi TX
