I love your cereal!! I love it so much I am actually doing a school project on it and I was wondering if you could help me out by telling me how the cereal is processed? I know the corn meal is from Montana so where does it go from there and how does it become the delicious cereal that it is? Thank you so much!!!

I've been eating Nature's Path cereals for at least three years now. Since I've been going through hormonal changes, my research tells me that wheat-free is the way to go, and I've been feeling much better doing this. So, I purchased my first box of wheat-free, gluten-free Nature's Path cereal today...and all I can say is...my heart and palate are still in love with these cereals. "Honey'd Corn Flakes" tastes wonderful.

Thanks for taking the time to get in touch with us. I would more so describe this cereal as light and crunchy, not necessarily hard in texture or hard to chew. I would suggest trying any of our Optimum cereals (http://www.naturespath.com/products/cold%20cereals?tid=5&brand=All&nutri…) or if you want gluten free, then our Mesa Sunrise and Mesa Sunrise with Raisins which is harder in texture than Honey’d Corn Flakes. Our granolas are also nice to add to cereals for that extra crunch.

This didn't really answer my question. I know that you claim your products are gluten-free, but are they produced in a dedicated gluten-free facility?
Thanks for clarifying
Submitted by Jamie on June 14, 2011 - 16:08.
Thanks for clarifying Whitney. No they are not producted in a dedicated gluten-free facility. However, we do have strict production schedules and quality assurance methods. The products that contain gluten, soy and finally nuts are made and then the entire line is cleaned and the process re-starts. Also, before each product is made, we do a full allergen clean-up on the production lines. We use different cleaning methods such as rinsing, hot scrubber machines, vacuums and organic compliant cleaning solution followed by protein tests on the equipment.
