Ancient Grains Granola-Banana Smoothie

Here’s a great way to use very ripe bananas. Peel and cut them into chunks, then store in the
freezer for that moment when you have a yen for a healthy, wholegrain smoothie.
At Nature’s Path® we recommend you use organic ingredients whenever possible.
Makes 1 generous cup
Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup apple juice, plus more if needed
- 1 Ripe Banana, cut into chunks and frozen
- 1/2 cup Frozen Raspberries
- 1/2 cup Ancient Grains Granola*
- 2 Ice Cubes
Directions:
- Pour juice into blender.
- Add frozen banana chunks, raspberries, Ancient Grains Granola*, and ice cubes.
- Blend well, about 20 seconds. If mixture is too thick, blend in more apple juice.
- Pour into glass and enjoy.
